"A tiny disaster in lace shoes followed everywhere by a rusted giant who never speaks. Miss Problemini wanders the wastelands collecting broken toys, expired bullets, and new enemies. She calls the massive machine beside her “Mister Huggy,” though witnesses mostly describe him as a walking apocalypse with parenting issues. Villagers say if she smiles at you, one of you is about to explode. Nobody knows whether the robot protects the girl… or fears her."

If an enemy uses a new non-mental skill, the effect ends prematurely. Replaces itself with “Grounded Forever” for 1 turn afterward.

The collapsing debris shatters their protective cover and deals 40 piercing damage straight through armor. The punishment is immediate, excessive, and weirdly childish.

Miss Problemini orders Mister Huggy into full protection mode, unleashing a devastating suppression barrage that deals 15 damage per turn to all enemies for 4 turns.
